Rope Sales Return Policy:

  • All Sales Are Final: Please note that all rope sales are considered final once the purchase is made. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for rope.

  • Shipping Confirmation: All rope orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. A shipping confirmation will be sent once your order is dispatched.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the specific nature and intended use of our ropes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the highest standards of product hygiene and customer safety.

Coaching Sessions Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation Policy: You can receive a refund for coaching sessions if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for a refund.

Membership Refund Policy:

  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on memberships. If you wish to cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
